Before we start making it
Cancel free of charge and we refund in full. Tell us on WhatsApp with your order reference.
Once we have started
Gifts are made up by hand. Once sourcing or personalisation has begun we can only refund what we have not already spent, and we will tell you the exact amount before you decide.
Once it has shipped
It cannot be cancelled after it leaves us. If it arrives damaged, the returns policy covers it.
Corporate orders
Custom runs are cancellable in full until you approve the sample. After approval, cancellation is settled against the materials already committed.
Cancellation by us
If we cannot source a gift or cannot deliver to your pincode, we cancel and refund in full. We will always tell you why.
