What we collect
Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, the recipient's name, phone and address, and the message you want on the card. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
Why we collect it
To make your gift, deliver it, and talk to you about the order. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Our delivery partners get the recipient's name, address and phone, because otherwise they cannot deliver. Nobody else does. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, ever.
Orders and enquiries are confirmed over WhatsApp, so that conversation sits on WhatsApp's servers under their terms as well as ours.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the order and for the tax records we are legally required to hold.
